Collection address Unit 11. Fairway Trading Estate, Hounslow, TW4 6BU.Collection time must be arranged via message.
You can collect from any of our 40 locations in 26 communities around London.
Below are the areas that our shops cater to. You can collect Monday to Sunday between 11AM and 5PM. Please message us before collection as each shop has different timings.

Shipping: We aim to ship all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day. Orders placed post 1 PM, would be shipped the following day.
If you want the item shipped to you the Standard Shipping cost is £4
If your purchase is longer than 120cm the best option is to collect it or if you wish to have it shipped, please message us before purchasing and we will calculate the courier cost for you.
- International Shipping we ship to most countries. If you wish to have an item shipped overseas, please first message us with your full address, email, and telephone number so that we can find the best shipping rate for you. DO NOT purchase the item until you have received and agree to our shipping cost.
- Orders that are shipped overseas maybe subject to customs duties; these are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. If you need further information about customs duty, please contact your local customs office.
