Delivery and Returns Policy

If upon receipt of your item you decide you want to return it to us, you must notify us of this within 14 days of the purchase. Send us a message outlining the reasons for the return and attaching photographs of any damage to both the item and / or the packaging it arrived in.

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the description in the listing or is the wrong product then send us a message outlining the reasons for the return and attaching photographs of any damage to both the item and / or the packaging it arrived in. We will contact you with a reply via email within three days of your request.

If you simply want to return the item because you have changed your mind, then please contact us. 

You need to send the item back within 14 days from the date on which we agree to the refund, using tracked postage. It is your responsibility to keep the item safe whilst in your possession in order that it is returned in the same condition that it was sold in. Re-pack it carefully to ensure it is not damaged during return shipping.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts or damaged due to poor packaging for shipping, we are entitled to deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

If you request a refund we will refund the full price of the goods, including any mandatory delivery charges incurred. If your order included more than one item, you will only receive a refund of the delivery cost if you return all items within that order. Please note, that any voluntary donation made at the time of purchase will not constitute as part of the purchase and will not be refunded.

We will process the refund within three business days of agreeing to it and you will receive notification via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Please note it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through and if you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process depending on your card provider.

If you prefer to retain the item but feel that you should receive a partial refund for any of the reasons above, please contact us and we will discuss with you the best course of action to take so that we agree on the partial refund value.
